This item made my feet break out. The product is in the latex family. Otherwise it does its job well.

I have excruciating neuropathy pain in my feet so I have been trying to find something, anything that might help. I have purchased a foot massager to increase blood flow, compression socks, ankle, foot and plantar fasciitis braces. On a whim I wondered if these might help. I ordered them and tried as soon as I received them. They can be a little difficult to get on initially, but they are nice and stretchy to allow you to put them on properly. They could be slightly firmer material between the toes. I thought I would wear them nonstop but I only use them for a couple of hours a day. They really helped my muscles and toes to stretch. They caused a bit of sweating but not horrible. They stayed in place while walking around barefooted and with shoes. The only complaint I have is that they seem to deteriorate pretty quickly. Since I got products with 5 pairs in a pack, it is not a huge problem. Overall I am happy with my purchase.

These pads do help. If you have narrow feet they might be tight in your shoes. They also make you feet warm and you may sweat. But, they do help with toe and ball of foot pain.

All I can say, is that I wish that I had known about these sooner. What a game changer for my feet that these have been. They are soft, flexible and stay dry and relatively in place. I have multiple painful nueromas in both my feet along with other issues and have been using toe spacers as part of my self care for several minutes a day for years. These pads bring that same constant comfort to my feet all day. I like that the toes seperators are flexible and adapt if you are bare foot or wearing footware. I used to be an avid hiker and walker but had to stop because I couldn't walk half a block without shooting pain in my feet even with orthodics. I put these on last night along with my ortodics and was able to walk almost a mile and still wasn't in any pain when I finished. The only reason that I gave these four stars instead of five is because I wish that the padding on the bottom was doubled or tripled for those of us with thin, bony flat feet.

I had a very hard time putting on those things. And they take a little while to walk with them on them they feel ok. But I glad I got more then one pair because one pair broke.

Uncomfortable between the toes when cycling.Helps with foot bottom pain though. They wear holes in them in just a couple of uses. Not a long term fix
