It's a substantial step, a little heavy but then that will give stability, It took me about 20 minutes to get it all together, at 81 with arthritic hands I was quite pleased with myself. Will be christened tomorrow.'I had to tap the hand rest down gently with a wooden mallet as to find the holes was a little hard, but it's up and ready to go. Highly recommended for anyone wanting that help out of their shower. Very happy.Having used this for the first time this morning, it feels quite stable and I am happy with it.

I bought this to use outside with our hot tub. My husband has mobility issues and finds it difficult to get in and out. This step solved the problem and gave him a but more height to help him get in and out. The handle gave him confidence and he didn't feel like he was going to fall over. I have also used this step in my kitchen to reach the top of the cupboard. We have a caravan and I will be taking it with us there. Light enough but sturdy enough. A very good buy

I highly recommend this product, it is compact and sturdy enough.

In the end we didn't attach the handle as it didn't fit in the bathroom like we wanted. However my elderly father uses this with no issues. Takes a fair bit of weight, my father is on the very large side (25 stone plus). Doesn't slip, easy to clean.

Easy to assemble , really sturdy and ots perfect to jelly me out of the bath after a back issue. Feel very safe and get out with ease. I rest against the bath on tile slip amd does not move . Thank you

I got this because I can't get into the bathtub, and I needed help in. it's great for that. but the steadiness is horrible. I have the shakes, and the handle wobbles like crazy I'm not sure if I got one that isn't made right but it is just too shaky for me to use. other than this it's a great little step for climbing into the bathtub.
