Love it to the moon & back....my UFO faucet....lol
I love this faucet....it's so different & I love that about it. I can't wait for family & friends to see it. The little handle in the center (my installer said it was like a gear shift knob..varooom......lol) is easy to use....if you push it to the top it really flows over the waterfall fast but I usually just turn it on where it has a nice & easy flow. It is beautiful & I am one of those people that always wipes out the wet sink & faucet when I'm done so it will never have water spots but you will probably have water spots on the glass if you don't wipe it off...of course it may not bother you. I imagine when my Gt Grandkids come over they will want to play with it....if I had kids over all the time I wouldn't have gotten this kind as it will be a kid magnet & what fun they'd have making a Niagara flood...lol. It's definitely going to be a conversation piece when guest use it...I just love it!!!

Stylish and great value, but beware of hard water causing leaks
Looks great and is fairly easy to install. The hardest part being attaching the hoses to the faucet itself, as the connection is recessed into the stem so it is a bit difficult to tighten the hoses properly.Beware if you have hard water, the sediment will build up on the glass which will kind of ruin the appearance. It may also cause leakage, as my unit started leaking after about 2-3 years of use due to the spool in the faucet failing from too much buildup, causing water to leak inside the stem into the cabinet (according to the manufacturer's support).Received a free replacement under warranty within a day after contacting the manufacturer via their amazon page - great service!

Quality and beauty!
This faucet was a breeze to install. Works as expected. Beautiful. We have a little less water pressure in our house but there's still PLENTY of water from this faucet. Infact so much so that we turned back the intake lines to insure children don't run it at full force. Even when at full force it's awesome and exactly what we ancipated when I decided to buy it. I agonized for more than a year trying to choose a "something special" fixture for our bathroom refresh. So when I finally chose this faucet and it arrived, I was braced for disappointment. HOWEVER, I WAS NOT disappointed. It's quite heavy when you unbox it. Surprisingly so. The directions were clear and all the parts were in the box. It's the statement piece in our very small bathroom. Even our plumber was impressed.

Great, but read the reviews!
I wanted to update my baths as a DIY project and thought these faucets looked fantastic. I ordered 2. I am not a plumber, but it was fairly easy to install. But do read the reviews! I read that the hot and cold seemed to be reversed, so I reversed the hoses when installing. It isn't difficult to change them, but reversing them at the start saved me the trouble of switching them around later. I also read that the water pressure is usually too high for this type of faucet and it can make the water spray everywhere! That is true, but an easy easy fix! Just turn down the water pressure at the water shut-off valves under the sink. IMPORTANT: Make sure your water shut-off valves are in good condition BEFORE you start this project!!!! I live in a mid 1970s rental unit and the water shut-off valves were locked in place from never being used. That made it impossible to use this faucet without having to change the water shut-off valves... but I think the water shut-off valves needed to be replaced anyway. One faucet fit easily in my child's bath, but the tailpipe was a little too wide to fit in the master bath. I did not have the equipment to enlarge the hole in the vanity, but a simple electric drill would have worked to enlarge the hole. I wanted both baths to match, so I ordered 2 more "traditional" faucets and planned on returning both of these. This type of faucet is beautiful, but probably not the most practical for reasons I will explain below. I did not find it to be too large as in some other reviews. Even with the water pressure turned down to an appropriate level, my kid makes a mess when using this faucet. She also had problems filling her waterpick because this is a waterfall design instead of a single stream. When my new "replacement faucets" arrived, I decided to keep one of these instead of returning them both. I removed it from my kid's bath, borrowed a drill from a friend and made it fit in my master bath. I then installed a more traditional faucet in her bath. I absolutely love the design of this faucet. It is beautiful.PROS: Beautiful modern design, and with the water pressure adjusted properly, it does function extremely well. I have had fantastic comments on it from friends. It was fairly easy to install and does not leak. The waterfall flow is very nice.CONS: The reversed hot/cold lines is rather annoying, but this is solved simply during installation. The waterfall flow is a little impractical for children. You CAN turn it down low enough to form a single stream to fill something like a water pick, but small children seem to have a problem with it. I don't think this is a flaw with this faucet... I think the same issue would apply with ANY waterfall faucet for kids. The glass circle is very beautiful, but I know my kid would drop something on it and chip or break it.OVERALL: I would definitely recommend it for a powder room, but NOT for a bath that a kid uses frequently. I LOVE it. It took some getting used to, but I have no problems turning it down low when I need to fill a water pick, and like the waterfall flow when washing my hands.

The family loves this faucet
I bought this because I wanted a faucet that wouldn't splash behind it. The sink basin is shallow and water from the old faucet would splash everywhere and make a mess. This faucet solved that problem and has style. The entire family enjoys it - its funny, fancy, and works! It isn't perfect and here are some issues:1. when installing, the pipes from the faucet fixture need to be pushed around to screw on the hoses. Not a biggie, and not what I've experienced with brand name products, but just an FYI.2. like someone else mentioned, make sure you determine which pipe is hot and cold so that the controller works as expected. You can attach the hose, move the controller, and blow air through to verify you got it right.3. there is no pressure regulator. The first time my son used it, he turned it on full power, and water came gushing out. I adjusted the water valves from the wall to control the water pressure at the faucet and haven't had a problem since.4. if you turn the water on very low, the water will run up under the glass. Its not a big deal just not ideal. You just need to turn it on a little higher. This is more aesthetics that anything functional.Overall definitely a thumbs up and would buy again. And its so cheap. I didn't expect it to be as nice as it is for the price.

Beautiful
This is very well made, heavy also. The water comes out like a mini waterfall, but has great power force to it. Love this faucet! Highly recommend this…and plenty of compliments!

Beautiful and makes water into art
Absolutely love these faucets! Bought these as I missed the similar one I owned in a previous house. These are even nicer, slightly bigger. As others have said, it is important to know 1) the glass has a subtle colour of green, not blue, but still very pretty, and 2) when installing, the hot and cold on these faucets are reversed so connect to the opposite waterline and you will do great. They are so pretty, easy to use, and the way the water cascades out and the way light reflects off both the faucet and the water are just very lovely. It’s a small thing, but isn’t that what life is about? The small things! The materials with the faucets have improved greatly since my last purchase, they now come with the correct tubes, connections & plumbers’ tape although you will need nipple connectors if you don’t already have them. Enjoy!

Not good to install to the glass sink.
The faucet is good. But I have a glass sink. The pipes under the sink do not have any decor. They are do not look great.

You have to wipe water droplets after use.
It’s beautiful but water droplets have to be wiped off after use.
