This is very useful

It smells really bad plus it takes so long to work. And it only brings an hour of sleep. Not at all helpful for deep sleep or anxiety. I also felt as if my hands and face kind of swelled up due to improper sleep.

This form of melatonin helps someone to sleep for short periods. It wont help in a deep sleep to those who have already developed insomnia or hypertension. Plus 2 persons in our family tried it and found that after consuming it , it generates Gas in stomach and the urine flow in the morning develops a smell. This might be due to the chemical composition or form factor as normal melantonin tabs found over the counter dont let this happen which we have checked.

The smell of tablets is very very bad and after taking the tablets no results. Very bad experience.

It really doesn't work even if you take 2 pills

Effective and a good product. Just keep in mind that intake of melatonin may end in dark skin mainly on face.

The capsuules are of smal size & easy to swallow. Works well. For me. After taste is fine. No issues.
