Perfect
Larger easy to read screen, simple to learn and use, stores your catch and gives you total weight. I would buy again if I ever need too.

Good scale but not what was advertised for stored weights
Scale is nice works well smaller so you don’t have a big clunky scale to keep track of. It says it hold 8 weights in memory for tournament fishing and it does not it stores 8 and the number 1 is always the heaviest not the first fish so you lose track easily and numbered culling tags won’t correspond with the scale other than that it’s a good little device for the price the jaw pliers are perfect seems well built just not good for tournament angler weight storage other than to give you a total and average that’s itUPDATE:: They offered me a full refund which I declined because I use the product. It is awesome as a scale out just fishing I just use a different one for tournament settings now. It’s very efficient, compact, and accurate I would recommend this product for everyday normal fishing use.

Midwifery use. I thought it was good, until…
I bought this for weighing babies in a sling at births. I tested it at home using my sling and a sack of flour. According to the scale, the sling weighed 6 oz and it tared well. Then at the first birth I used it, the scale weighed the baby in at 9 lb 4 oz, but it didn’t matter if I tared it with the sling or without it. I could not get it to show anything but that exact same weight! With or without the scale should shift the reading 6 oz for sling weight, but it refused to budge. So I couldn’t tell the parents (or official paperwork) if their baby weighed 9 lb 4 oz, or 8 lb 14 oz subtracting sling weight. Something wasn’t right if it can’t shift weight with the tare button. Now that I’m home, I weigh my sling again and every time I weigh it, it’s either 4 oz, 5 oz, or 6 oz. Never the exact same weight. My other issue was that the auto shut-off is only 60 seconds after taring. This is difficult when I need to tare my sling, set the sling down, carefully place Newborn in sling, hook to scale again, and gently lift the baby. Doing all that under 60 secs makes tor a rushed experience, instead of slow and gentle. So if you’re not doing anything official where you need high accuracy, it’s probably good for flopping fish on a hook. Not great for things that need to be tared or extremely accurate. My use was past the return window, so oh well.
