They really hold a lot of moisture and they haven't leaked yet. I wear them 24/7 and they are comfortable. It's like wearing regular underwear.

After trying several over the counter brands of adult diapers, these are far superior to what I could buy at the store. They are far more absorbant, much better fit, and more comfortable. They have been leak proof over the several weeks I have been using this brand.

I'm 5'3" tall, weigh 205 lbs., wear a 3XL Short slacks. I first ordered a pack of 10 in Night Protection, 3XL, cost $39.99, to see how they would fit. I use this brand only at night. They have a thick pad. I rarely have leakage. I do not drink lots of fluid due fluid retention. They work well for me. They are fairly comfortable and fit snug (not tight). Fit like regular cotton full briefs. I now order this same item in 40 ct., 3XL, cost $89.99. These are expensive. I dislike all the wide ruffles around leg opening and excessive elastic gathering in front and back. I do not use these during the day due to the price. This size is hard to find.For daytime

These are actually better than Tena , more expensive unfortunately . These have more padded front to back with leg space . I am a quad, injured my knee from a falling on a previously falling on knee by the hotel bed frame gap & sharp edge that poked my leg.Lost ability to to do a brief supportative sit to stand . My knee made lots of tearing noise & entirely swollen . These are helping me & if ya know what it is like not to bare weight & get a undergaarment over a enlarged limb - it is one less thing to deal with to have proper padding & against my preference, less changing .I do wish a case represented a lower price & you would find more salesMine were solid white & large . I’m 5 ft nothing .. expect to push in the center area if petite .I am a 24 /7 power wheelchair quad . Most garments French cut & do not pad for sitting as the paralyzed do . Pictures reflect a design on some of this brand - I bought overnight .Did I say I ordered these to be delivered to a hotel .. sure did & it was perfect & next day with knee bracesTy to whom ever thought of this .

Not leak proof. Not even close. Tried smaller and smaller sizes. Still leak. Does hold a lot of urine, but still leaks. Quality Incontinence pad an absolute must. To be fair, it's about the same as other diapers, but they don't claim to be leak proof.

Packaged well. Nice to get 4 at a time. Great product to wear every day if needed. Very comfy!

They are super absorbed & work great for my obese mom.
