Tablets dissolve easily in the mouth and have almost no taste, which makes them very easy to take. I started this Feb 19th 2025, as of today it has been 3 months. I love it! My energy level was noticed immediately. I've lost 12 lbs since then. I have energy to walk 3 miles a day, cycle for 2 miles, and started light weights. But I initially bought it to help libido. I am 55 yrs old and retraining my body from the menopause shock.
