I am yet to ascertain the effectiveness of the gummies but tastewise, I found them to be too sweet for my taste.

This is the first time I am taking any supplements for my eyes. I was browsing certain herbal supplements and probiotics when this weird-sounding supplement popped up. I believe in supplements and I like switching courses depending on my requirements. I'm also pro of more natural and herbal supplements simply because 1) they don't necessarily require any medical prescription and 2) their lack side effects (if your research is robust that is). Needless to say, I was quite intrigued by Lutein+Zeaxanthin and looked up further. Turns out they are helpful in protecting your eyes from oxidative damage. That got me interested. I also checked Amazon.com for similar supplements and I was quite astonished that people were pretty much complimenting the benefits. I also noticed that the suppliers on Amazon.com have been selling this supplement at an expensive price range. So this is quite an expensive supplement 'out there. Anyway...I had to try. After much contemplation I bought it. When I ordered this was going on at a lightning deal. It's been a week. I take one tablet daily. I can't pinpoint a huge difference but I do feel my eyes are less tired. More rested. This could be one of the benefits I guess. I noticed the veins in the eyes turn pinkish-red after much exposure to phone and laptop and due to stress has reduced. I check my eyes a couple of times during the day and they appear pretty fresh. I am always happy when I hit the supplement right! It's like research well paid. The pills are tiny and can be easily ingested. A happy body is happy to mind. However, it is always minded over body. But we all know how the mind works in order to be happy. Thank you for this supplement. I will update you in case I notice further changes in my ocular health!
