Great Product !!
I wasn’t familiar with this brand of Iron, but I decided to give it a try based on the reviews. Right out of the box, it impressed me. This is my first iron that has an LCD display. I plugged it in and the display made it easy to set the iron to the correct setting. This is a very nice feature. After I started ironing the difference was immediately noticeable compared to irons that I've used in the past that were 1200-1500 watts. The 1800 watts causes the temperature to remain consistent and it adjust smoothly for each type of fabric. It has a solid, comfortable weight, excellent steam output, and is very easy to handle. I also appreciate the rubberized grip when the iron rests on its heel. It has automatic shut-off for when you may forget to turn it off. Overall, I highly recommend this iron. Now let’s see if it stands the test of time!

Great Iron - Great Customer Service
Bought this 15 months ago and it was working better than any other iron I have ever had, including those which were much more expensive. It recently stopped working and flashed an error code and wouldn't heat. I contacted the company and they said it was within the 2 year (yes 2 year) warranty period and, I gave them my mailing address and in two days I received a brand new iron. I can't say enough good things about their customer service and I can highly recommend the iron. I iron about 2 hours every week and it has worked flawlessly. I think I may have used it more than the average person (in today"s world), but I love that it heats quickly, and that the flip up over the water resesrvoir remains upright when it's not being used to enable it to dry inside. Great Iron

Heavy, perfect for sewing projects
This iron is amazing. I bought it based on reviews and they were right! It is heavy, just what I needed for sewing projects, it steams well, heats up quickly, and shuts off automatically. This is, so far, the best iron I've ever owned.

Powerful iron with great steam
I’ve been using the Steam Iron with Digital for about four months now and it performs very well. It heats up in about 20–30 seconds and produces strong steam that removed wrinkles easily from cotton shirts in one pass. Pros • Heats up fast • Easy-to-read digital screen • Smooth ceramic soleplate • Strong steam output Cons • A bit heavy and slightly bulky in my hand I like the preset temperature settings because they make it simple to switch between fabrics without guessing the heat level. The iron glides smoothly across clothing and does a good job smoothing wrinkles. Overall, this is a reliable iron with helpful features, especially if you want strong steam and easy temperature control.

If you sew you'll love this
Fabulous iron especially if you're a seamstress. Gets super hot, very heavy which I like. Large water capacity and no drips on the fabric. Will shut off quickly as a safety feature, I do wish it stayed on a little longer.

Great iron that does exactly what it is designed for.
Finally, the right iron that does exactly what it is supposed to do! My old faithful iron of 18 years recently bit the dust and it has been an adventure trying to find one that was as good, if not better. I do a lot of sewing from apparel to home decor.... and use many different types of fabric. I have purchased and returned several from big box stores over the last 2 months because they just did not cut it... the biggest problem was inconsistent temps that were either too hot or not hot enough. Even with some of the much pricier models. Not knowing this brand at all, I went based on reviews. Out of the box, this one impressed me. I plugged it in and started ironing..... and wow. Temp stayed consistent, allowing me to adjust it easily based on what I was ironing. It's a great weight also. Great steam output, easy to use. I love the rubber grip when it is resting on it's heel. Only thing I would improve on is making it a 10 foot cord instead of 8 feet. Overall, I highly recommend this iron. Let's see how long it lasts!!!!

Good Iron For The Money
I tried this iron out right after receiving it. It heats up quickly, very easy to navigate the controls and even has a setting suggestion for different fabrics displayed for quick reference. I especially like the fact that while the iron is sitting upright, between adjustments in the garment being ironed, it does not spray steam. My old EuroSteam iron did this and it wasted a lot of the water. There was no leakage of water during my trial run. I couldn’t give it 5 stars because of 2 small factors: 1) there is kind of a drag across the fabric, no matter what type fabric because I tried several, it just doesn’t glide as smoothly as I’m used to with my old iron and 2) a tank of water only lasted through 2 pairs of linen pants and 2 cotton tops. I was hoping not to have to refill as often. I searched the Owner Manual throughly and nowhere could I find it stating to let the iron cool down before refilling with water again, which my EuroSteam explicitly stated, so I guess it’s owner’s discretion. Overall, I like the iron and would recommend it.
