I've been putting a spoonful of this in my morning coffee for a year and a half, it is delicious! It adds such a nice little kick to the coffee, and I feel like I'm getting a healthful, organic start to my day. Dissolves very well, I use a little hand coffee blender.

I’ve been using this product for one week now. I put a half a teaspoon in 8 ounces of hot milk with a little Stevia. I drink this twice a day. I have noticed a significant decrease in joint pain. It’s a pleasant taste. I think it’s a good value for the money. And I love the blend. I’ve had no digestion issues with this.

I use golden milk to help reduce inflammation in my joints. This is the tastiest blend I have ever had. I drink it as a hot tea, but I also make gelatin out of it. I add 1 tbsp of grass fed beef gelatin powder to a cup of milk, wait for it to bloom, and then add the golden milk, some organic unsulfured blackstrap molasses, and boil it. I put it in an 8 oz mason jar and after a few hours in the fridge, I have a yummy, healing dessert that helps me relax. I usually make 3 portions at a time. I eat it after dinner and my spinal pain is much better, and my sleep is so restful.

This golden milk powder keeps their formula pretty simple. Just 4 ingredients. Turmeric, Ceylon cinnamon, black pepper and ginger. Things I love: USDA Organic Tested to ensure free of lead and heavy metals Non GMO They use Ceylon cinnamon Things some may not love: It's a bit on the spicier side Overall, this is a quality product. I love that it is organic and tested for things like lead. I also like that they use Ceylon cinnamon. Ceylon has very low amounts of coumarin compared to the other varieties of cinnamon. So if you want to drink this every day, that is better for your liver. It is, however, a bit on the spicy side. Think ginger spice. Not unbearable for me but might be too much for some people. Perhaps if you like sweetener in yours, it will mellow the spice. I don't add any sweetener to my golden milk. Overall a good product unless you don't like too much spice. There are other variations out there not quite as spicy if that is what you are looking for.

Good product

On a quest for better health, I have cut out sugar and eating much healthier now. I have a lot of issues with inflammation so I turned to turmeric and other things to see if it would help. I now drink warm golden milk every day and have for several months now. This is a great tasting product, and believe me, I had my doubts as to if I would like it, but I was pleasantly surprised. At first, it's a learning curve for your taste buds, especially if you are used to sweet drinks. I simply mix 1 tsp of this with unsweetened almond milk and heat it up. Now I found it to be a very pleasant, comforting drink before bed. I cannot speak to if it has helped me with pain and inflammation, I wish I could. I still have good days and not so good days, pain-wise, like always but I have to believe this is a healthy addition to my diet changes regardless.
