Be honest...does this actually have glutathione in it & did it do anything for any of you skin????

I’m not able to answer your question regarding skin. However, I take these to help with my kidneys. All I can say is that my bloodwork on my kidneys has improved.

Twice in the ad it indicates Gluten Free, including a mention under allergen information in which it reads “Gluten Free”. Perhaps contact the organization directly to see if they indicate to you that it is “certified gluten free”.

Can you be in sun while taking this?

Glutathione clears out free radicals and can brighten the skin, and it's a great antioxidant. We naturally produce this in our livers. As a medical aesthetician, I suggest always wearing a good broad band spectrum subscription if you're going to out in the sun.
