Perfect Weightlifting Shoe
These shoes have an elevated heel that make it easier to squat with proper form for those that have poor ankle mobility. The outer soles are very solid and not compressible which provide supreme stability over other shoes that have cushion when you are squatting. I was initially worried that these shoes would be too tight since my foot is wide but they actually fit very well. They are easy to put on and after you tighten and tie the laces the Velcro step further secures your foot and helps hold everything in place. I have some adidas running shoes so I went with the same size I wear in those and these fit perfectly. The materials seem like they are of good quality and although I’ve only used them a few times I feel that they will hold up to lots of use at the gym. I will say that don’t expect these shoes to feel natural as you’re walking around the gym because they feel rather stiff. They’re not supposed to be very flexible. The point is to keep your foot in a locked position so you get optimal transfer through your squats or other exercises. I don’t like flashy shoes so I opted for the traditional black with white stripes. The adipower III seem to have an upgraded outer sole which will make cleaning them much easier since dirt and debris won’t get stuck in any air spaces like the original adipower shoes. Price point is a little higher than I wanted to pay but they are a professional grade Olympic shoe and this is expected. I don’t have any cons at this point but if I do I’ll be back to update my review. I would say if you’re a serious lifter then these shoes would definitely be worth a try. If they hold up well I don’t think I’ll explore any other brand of Olympic weightlifter shoe.

Excellent weightlifting shoe
Ran large in my experience. Very padded so had to order a half size up. Ever so slightly longer than needed but foot is snug due to the padding (4.5 stars if i could). Very sturdy and stable for squats especially for someone who recently hurt his back squatting. Velcro strap is very long and laces will fray quickly if they get onto the velcro.

Well built
Using for Olympic lifting at CrossFit. They run a little narrow but hoping they stretch. Very stable and solid shoe. Toes are not reinforced since they're not meant for running etc fyi.

Great for arc support and getting a deeper quad stretch
I'll cut to the chase:-The sole arc support on these feels amazing, almost like a foot massage every time I first step in them-For bigger shoe sizes, the strap gets a bit long compared to the shoe itself (to the point where the end of it touches the ground) but this can be fixed by using some spare Velcro wrap-around instead of cutting that extra slack off.-The raise heel stack height is nice to get a deeper stretch, and if you follow Jeff Nippard on YouTube or any other person that's delved into "long-length partials" as an exercise technique for better growth, you'll see the value in this. Not sure how these compare to other brands but they sure met my expectations. But I do recommend sizing up, these seem to run a little small.

Works Well for Squatting!
The design works well for squatting and I feel much more in control w/ these vs. using sneakers. I don't squat as heavy anymore, but still go up to 365 for rear and 145 for front. I don't use them for calf raises, as I found that since the front sole is so thin, doing calf raises hurt my feet.

not like the old ones
i had my last pair for 7+ years with relatively little wear, this pair iv had for less then a year and the soles are already wearing thin at the heals. height and function are fine i just don't see them lasting

Best shoes ever
I wear it just for squats and I must highlight the stability these shoes gives me. Also, I can go deeper and feel a really nice stretch in my quads

Great for lifting, but really only lifting
These are leg day specific shoes, heads up. The sole is extremely rigid and raised in the back. You can’t comfortably do cardio in them and walking is bizarre. Great for squats and deadlifts though!

Heel height, is a tad bit higher than most WL shoes out there.
For years I've been searching some commercial weightlifting shoes with a heel height greater than the standard 0.75 inches = 19mm.My squat can use all the help possible. These shoes deliver.Heel height is 0.86 inches = 22mm.While not much of a difference, I felt it. My front squats and overhead squats feel a little more stable now.

Sizing is hit and miss !
My friend asked for a pair of these trainers that he has had before in size 9The size 9 i received and sent to him for Christmas is far too small ?Plus the wait for delivery is a couple of weeks longThe trainers that arrived, arrived in a very damaged box too and due to the long delivery time I couldn’t send back because i needed for a Christmas present
