These Really Work!!!!!
After reading the ingredients in other water pills, I decided those weren't for me. I read the ingredients in these and figured, "hey! It's worth a shot!" I'm so happy I did. I've been very regular in taking these since April 2024. I take one a day and if I eat something salty, I take one or two extra. It's now June 2024 and my fingers and ankles are back to normal size. I've also become more "regular", which is an added bonus I didn't expect. I wish I had before and after pictures, but I'm a bit camera shy. I'll be a long-term customer for sure!!!!!

Retension of liquid
I really like these capsules. They are natural and help with water weight. I retain water in one of my ankles and it really helps me.

Be close to a bathroom
These pills will have you peeing! So get ready and stay close to a bathroom. The more water you drink the more you will have to pee!

Deathly ill reactions to product
I became deathly ill after taking two doses of this product. I’m recovering slowly and am going to report this reaction to whatever agency that is appropriate. PS; it seems, in this instance, ridiculous to force a rating due to harm product caused.

Use as Instructed
I allowed my 15 yr old son to use these as a part of his fitness routine- working out in the gym to lose weight and gain muscle. I ONLY allowed this after researching how to properly ensure his safety and his health. Make sure you stay appropriately hydrated while taking this water pill supplement. The purpose is to held shed excess water weight, not healthy water intake or dehydration. So far, since introducing this into his daily routine, I have noticed his body looking more trim and his lower back area has thinned. I CREDIT his dedication to his work-out routine for most of the positive changes, but will say I do notice he doesn't look "swollen" anymore. I would NOT recommend using this without working out. This isn't a miracle pill- you don't take it and sit on the couch and expect to see a difference in your body. Nor do I think this is a healthy pill to take long term. Hit your goal, lay off.

Good option
These are mild, but effective. After a night of overeating or a few cocktails, these help me get reset. I was skeptical but glad I gave them a shot!
