Within 1 month purchase it started giving problems, dryer suddenly stopped working. Getting customer support is awful. Croma just doesn't respond, request for replacement was turned down and it is still not repaired. Worst service. Also, length of power cable is less than a metre, just doesn't reach power point. Machine is too noisy too

Very good product and trust of TATA. Cheapest and qualitative product in this washing machine range and working of washer and dryer is also same as fully automatic machine because i have both semi and fully automatic machine.

Hopeless product
The media could not be loaded. Bought 1 month back . Now drier not working .Also no support for service neither from Amazon nor Croma c.care.When I called on c.care, continuously a lady picking the call on toll free number & telling its not Cromas cService number. Is it a product / scam. Don't buy this even if get @1000 Rs also. Waste of money

Short length of power cable and drain pipe is very inconvenient.
Product does meet the requirement but it is shocking that Croma decided to save cost by providing only 3.50feet power cable and a short drain pipe. It costs additional money to install another power point very close to machine. It is very inconvenient to use the machine with such a short drain pipe.
