This is a soft and luxurious heating pad. At first, it didn't heat up too well, but after being on for about an hour, it started getting nice and hot. My wife is short but loves the length of this heating pad. It covers the area where she is constantly pulling a muscle or two. I have five herniated discs with stenosis in my neck and four in my back. On top of those discs is arthritis. I use two heating pads at a time on them as it is the only thing that seems to help even a little bit with the damaged discs. I just bought another brand of heating pad. It was dead on arrival. I returned it and ordered yet another one of these heating pads. It gets nice and hot without burning. It is flexible and soft but heats really well. A lot of family members have now purchased this heating pad and will not use any other brand ever again. Again, on first use, let it heat up on its own for about an hour and then use it. It does have an automatic 2 hour turnoff. It will get hot. I run it on level four and my wife loves that deep heat of level 6. I will probably order two more because I'd like to have a few extra for the bedroom so I can get to them easier.

The item is extremely large and perfect for full body. I’m 411 so you can get a size reach via the pictures. It’s very soft and very warm and does its job. The only way it would be any better as it had an option to leave it on permanently or choose that it turned off at a certain time.

Long cord allows use as a foot warmer. Many heat settings, lighted power level indicator, but controls are low contrast, so expect some fumbling.

I liked the larger size and it warms quickly. I’ve only had it a week but so far so good?

ALL I WANT IS AN EXCHANGE - Love the size and heat output of this heating pad when it works. Just under 2 months of use and pad requires constant reset requiring me to unplug and plug it in again. I suffer from chronic pain. Having to get up and "RESET" the pad is frustrating. I had the same pad that worked for 3 years without a single issue. The constant E in the display requiring reset makes this pad unusable. Trying to get help with an EXCHANGE is impossible. AVOID THIS HEATING PAD - Fina another in the same size from a different vendor because I am receiving no support from manufacturer or AMAZON. DISAPPOINTING

Easy to keep one in several locations. Easy to use. Covers a relatively large area on a person's body, soft, comfortable, and a 9' cord. And machine washable! Always a plus.

This heating pad is so big it treats all the sore areas at once! Oddly, I've found that falling asleep with it gives me the best sleep I've had in years. It's very soft and comfortable and shuts off automatically after 2 hours. Highly recommended!
