It works!
I received it as a gift . I didn't use it right away because being a "doubting Thomas" I didn't think it could work. Finally did try it and found it does help with restfulness and sleep. I spray my pillow and use the roll on for my wrists at the pulse point. I also ordered 4 to give as Christmas gifts.
