One of the best book for LL.B students. The explanation in the textbook are easy to understand moreover they have set some questions which will be helpful during examination and lastly you can also check the video of MJ SIR in the YouTube for futher explaination.

I bought this book written by shri Manmohan joshi sir.the book is very awesome I loved reading. It consists simple language which is good for judiciary exam aspirants, useful for judges also.

This is a very useful book specifically to understand concepts, make short notes, know relevant cases everythings included and its a must buy..... And the mcq questions are like sone pe suhaga ♥ loved it sir... Please do publish similar books on crpc and evidence too. Such books are very much needed

I can't sum up in one line....lots of mistakes... All law students know penal provisions require a strict interpretation...but it can't be seen here..."or" /and" mistakes.... section 24 dishonest definition...point 2 and 4 saying two different things at same time.... interpretation issues .... Many provision have wrong punishment. 2. Chapter 13 MCQ have mistakes ........so I recommend book should be revised and need some corrections....... disclaimer: please refer bareact while reading or referring this book..... otherwise you will be in trouble at last..... attaching the pictures of mistakes v bare act....for your sake...#Do din mai itne hi chapters pade.
