I like the ball return feature. Its easy to assemble and take apart to store when not needed. My only complaint is that the mat has fold lines where it was folded for shipping instead of rolled up. Those will eventually go away though. All in all its a great product. It has nice distance and straight shot markings.

I purchased this for my father's 71st birthday. He is a lifelong golfer but lives in a cold climate and this is a great way for him to practice putts and stay active indoors. It took less than five minutes to put together and works well on wood floors, tile, or carpeting. Please note that it doesn't come with a golf club or balls, but most golfers should have those on-hand already. I would purchase again as a gift for other family members who enjoyed it as much as my dad.

Got this for my Dad. He loves it. The green stays put. It doesn't buckle on level ground. He uses it daily.

I have been golfing seriously for a year now and putting is so clearly such an important piece of the game. It can take your hole from good to bad, or from bad to worse. Thanks to this putting green, I have been able to drastically improve my pace control from multiple distances! It has helped me develop a much better feel for how far 6 and 8 foot putts really are, and now I’m either nailing them or coming close. I am very happy with this product.

So you get to the green and you are setting up to put for birdie…you go to the driving range constantly, you try to play as often as possible, and yet you can’t lower score…..my mistake was to never give my putting enough time to get better….What do you do?s start buying training aides, bought a similar product at a brick and mortar atore, it was horrible to say the least…Found this putting mat on Amazon, and the quality of the mat, the quality of the build is so good. I have been getting better at my putting game. This putting mat has the best quality I have ever seen, the price doesn’t break the bank… if you are looking for an affordable (notice not “cheap!”This is not a cheap quality item! Ordered a different putting product but delayed by weather and really grateful because ordered this one instead. Ball return is easy to connect and convenient. Used weights for one day to help end lay flat. I like that lines on left and right help to make sure that ball is rolling straight off the putter. The different distance markers are great and I use to put between markers get for flat put vs putting up hill to the cup. Easy to take apart and move around. Won't go wrong with this purchase, especially for the price.

This is fun for being able to groove your stroke, but it’s not anything like fake grass - it’s just carpet. That being said, it’s well designed because the ramp is super easy to connect (there are no instructions, but none are really needed), the narrow strip of carpet has a somewhat thick edge that’ll keep your ball on the strip for all but the speedier misses - it won’t hold it on a bad miss, but it’s decent. You never have to worry about balls falling off the right side because the ramp, which is cheap but well designed, would catch anything rolling off that side.The footage markers are a nice touch, and add another element to your practice because if you’re working on speed control, you can just try putting flat putts to one of the markers (even better, buy one of those portable cups and place it on one of the footage circles).I get the elevated ramp idea because it forces you to make a solid stroke, and I really like the fact that the hole is much smaller than regulation - hopefully that’ll translate to the course and make the hole look larger.Overall, this is a well thought out, well designed product. The 3 stars is because it doesn’t simulate real grass in any way, and the price was around $15 higher than I would have liked.As far as fun goes, it’s a 5 star product.

Out of the box the mat lays flat which is great because you can use it right away (unlike the high end putting mat that I have that curls at the end). The lines are perfect for helping me keep my face square throughout the stroke. The ball return is a very convenient feature as it makes it easy to retrieve the ball even if you overshoot your putt. This putting mat is a useful and economical tool especially for beginners!
