Not the best eyeliner but a good one
This is a nice eyeliner with a jet-black finish (not the matte look you are expecting though). However, this eyeliner is not at all smudge-proof or waterproof.

Brush
Overall the liner looks fine but the brush doesn’t function properly. The tip of the brush stays dry while the liquid collects at the back. Not happy with the product.

Bad experience from iba, i could have purchased other company
Very bad experience from iba, i ordered with much expectations but i received a liner which has no liquid, my kids have ink in there sketch pens... there only once it was nice...i could draw a fine line, the next time i couldn't draw becoz there was no black liquid left in it, I don't know whether i can give it back 😭
