I needed a new pillow and saw this one in my search. I've used products by Mueller before, so I know they make quality products. Based on the reviews, I decided to give it a try. I couldn't be happier, the pillow is great, and I love that it comes with extra foam in a separate bag so you can adjust the loft. The pillow is soft and comfortable. It does have a minor smell, but that goes away quickly by airing it out. I highly recommend this pillow. You won't be disappointed.

I had never tried a foam based pillow before so I was very curious. The item arrived quickly, exactly as in the picture, with surprisingly nice packaging. I popped it open, tossed it in the dryer like the instructions stated, and then used it that night. There were no weird fumes, I didn’t have a pillow case for it so I slept on the actual pillow and it was so nice. I am a side sleeper and always reposition my pillow but this one seems like it will be fine without repositioning. If you do flip it, it lays exactly the same as any other position you used it before. Which is nice. It always seems fresh and fluffy. I did not use any of the extra fluff, but it is very nice to have the option to add and take away as desired - normal pillows don’t have that option and the filling in those tends to bunch and clump together leading to me having “sore ears”. No sore ears with this one. I honestly am 100% satisfied with this pillow. Not even one complaint. - and I loooooove my sleep

Husband & I are both restless sleepers & often wake up with stiff neck & back. This pillow is amazing! Well made, not too heavy, adjusts to every position, easy to refluff, no unpleasant smell, comes with extra filling & cost is very reasonable. We just bought 2 more as future backup.

*disclosure that I received this pillow for free for product testing* I have a similar, but much more expensive, pillow from Gravity. This Mueller pillow feels just as nice if not nicer. It isn’t as stiff, meaning it molds really well to your head and neck. It is also softer. The only con, and this is very minor, is that this pillow is European sized, meaning you’ll need to use King pillowcases with it.

Incredibly flat, even with using the dryer to fluff the pillow. Odd since the gel mattress version of this pillow was much better. This pillow lacks enough filling, even with the extra provided to give it the firmness I wanted. Plus, there is no gusset which provides even less support. Sad.

This is my second one. It doesn’t exactly stay cool but it allows air to flow through the shredded memory foam filling. It comes overstuffed but you can remove or add more stuffing as you wish because a generous amount of extra foam of included. I’ll never go back to poly fiber fill pillows! They get so hot! It’s a good value because it lasts a long time and is well-made.

I'm a bit of a pillow snob. I'm always on the hunt for a comfortable pillow. I've tried many, but this one is great. It comes with extra memory foam to make it customized to your liking. You can also remove some if needed. I'm a side sleeper so it is the perfect height for me. It's soft, but firm all at once. It fluffs up easily out of the package and stays fluffy. It doesn't go flat like some pillows do. It also didn't get hot and stayed cool threw the hot summer night. If you're looking for a new pillow I highly recommend you buy this one.

When I first took it out of the box, it seemed like the pillow barely had any stuffing. Once I fluffed it up, it was much better. However, I did end up using all the extra shredded foam that came in the spare bag. This was perfect for me! It has a nice heavy feel to it and remains soft without compressing so much that it feels hard. I've had other pillows that do that. It came packaged in a very nice glossy box that would make a great gift and make the receiver appreciate they got a quality product. I would purchase this again!
