Connex3400HP 10 Meter Amateur Radio w/ Roger Beep

On the wrong frequency. Took it to cb shop to have it installed and they say it’s defective. Passed my 30 day return window

Right out of the box, it works great. Connex provides the part necessary for conversion. It is super easy. I didn't fine tune the radio. Out of the box it does well. It comes with a ranger 198 microphone that works well. I am running the microphone gain all the way up and it sounds loud and clear. No distortion or over modulation. Receive is clean and filters out the noise well. It picks up what any "normal" radio will. I couldn't say out far it reaches out, cause I didn't buy it for that reason. I don't really care. However, my assumption is on a good day, flat ground, a good 5 miles like any other "normal" radio. I bought it for the fancy lights. With a good SWR, I imagine this radio will last a long time. Plenty of Youtube content for people that are interested in this radio. The price is pretty high for a non-SSB radio. However, that is cause of inflation right now.
