Unreliable delivery
The item itself is okay, but you cannot rely on the company to deliver your item on time. I placed my order because I was guaranteed to have it 3 days before the event I needed it for...unfortunately it arrived 5 days after I was promised to receive it.It does say 1 size fits all, but if you are 6' or taller, you will not be able to use the head part, and you need to be on the thin side also.
