Great price but quality is bad.
While this product was a good value the quality is at a negative. I received broken uncoated pills that are hard to swallow. They leave a bitter residue on my tongue.I tried to complete the bottle but I cannot do it. These were pills I dreaded taking.Even though the quality is bad I can say they did give me a boost of energy and they also helped with my appetite.My 2 star review has to do with the quality only. They definitely did what they were suppose to do. If these were coated pills I would continue to buy them.

Don't expect to notice a huge difference unless you eat properly
I am giving this product a middle of the road 3 because, whilst effective, it does not really live up to the claims it is trying to make IN ISOLATION. The main reason you would take this is to bind fat cells in the blood stream for energy to the muscles, it WILL NOT break down your existing fat like some magic diet pill. For that reason, something closer to a ketogenic diet (i.e. high fat) would be most effective.I have been working out 6-8x a week for the past 2 years and I do notice an improved vascular pump when using the product. That said, I think $10/month is right on the limit and not sure I would continue to use it at that price.
