I like the access to the lower compartment
This bag is well made and holds all my gear apart from a 150-600 mm zoom lens - which would be a big ask for any camera pack. I like the access to the lower compartment, which is where I store my D810 DSLR with lens, a second lens, two flashes, batteries, and a few other small but frequently needed accessories. If I'm solely out for a photo shoot I use the upper section to store gear for remote flash triggering plus more esoteric accessories. Alternatively, if I'm on a day hike I use the upper compartment for clothes, food, etc. All that works great. What I don't like is that I personally find everything apart from the lower compartment to be rather clumsy to use. The secondary compartments aren't well laid out for my uses, the rain cover is not integrated with it's own storage pouch, there's no foot and straps setup specifically for carrying a large tripod, and it always feels like there's a whole bunch of somewhat pointless straps dangling off the pack and getting caught or tangled in everything. That said, I do use it frequently, and I'm learning to live with it. Even if it's not perfect, I didn't find any hybrid camera/hiking pack that was setup exactly the way I'd like. This is probably as good as any, and the price is nice as well.

Nice quality, large affordable camera backpack.
This bag is big enough to hold most of my gear. Good design with plenty of pockets for storage. I've carried this fully packed with 30-40 lbs of gear many miles on hikes with no discomfort from digging straps and such. Looks as good today as when I purchased it. No visible signs of wear on stress points. Upper storage has 3 pockets, the center one will be hold your most expensive long lenses well protected. Comes with a protective rain cover. Outside straps will cinch tightly over tri-pod for secure storage. Color doesn't advertise expensive camera gear inside, although my uncoverred tripod might!

Great dslr backpack!!
Awesome dslr backpack! This backpack is perfect to hold and protect my gear while hiking. Don’t let the price fool you; this backpack is high quality and well built. I live in Oregon so do a lot of hiking out to photograph waterfalls, so this backpack is perfect for that. You will not be disappointed!

Good quality and great price.
Bag seems to be a very good quality bag. Seems are tight zippers are sturdy (YKK zippers). Fits a lot of camera gear securely: 2 canon dslr cameras, 3 big lenses and assesories with tri pod.Critique: plastic buckles are thin but I have not had a chance to try them out so I cannot attest to their true quality. The plastic is notisabbly thinner and more plastic feeling than my amazon prime single camera bag. But that is not to say that the buckles will not function and perform.

Confortable and enough room for lenses
This really a very confortable backpack for hiking and take your gear with you... I use it already and it does protect the gear as expected, a quick note at this point, you could take one camera body, while for the lenses it has more capacity and ways to arrange them... the tripod straps works very well, of course if you’re using it for hiking my honest recommendation is to take a light one. On the other hand, the buckles does help to distribute the weight while moving around...most useful when you are moving a few steps with a heavy lens, without the need to put in the backpack or while walking in the area and have your camera on hand. Also with creativity, you could use to pack some cloth and a extra pair of shoes. In general, I’m very satisfied with this backpack and even like the color07-2020 Update - I've been using this bakpack for now about 3 years...I have taken it to hiking in the middle of rivers, waterfalls, beach, rain, putting on the ground (sand, wet, dust), every time it protects my equipment - even shoes and some clothes haha) as expected, after it, I just need to do a quick clean when I return and it looks like the first day...it is a very good quality product, fully recommended

Great backpack!
Great backpack! The camera portion at the bottom is well padded and has the benefit of added security due to rear and side access only. I would definitely recommend this for day hikes, it's very comfortable when using all the straps correctly to put on some mileage even when loaded up with camera gear.

Best quality and room for the money!
Bought this as my day hike pack and figured out that even with my camera gear there is SO MUCH room and pockets. With my gear(which isn’t that much), waters, phone, wallet, my wife’s stuff, my tri-pod, keys, and spare clothes it comes in at 33lbs. With the waste and chest tethers it really stabilizes the pack even for climbing. 4.5hrs of hiking and never felt any fatigue. I’m sure after a full day it start, but seriously doubt it. I highly recommend it.

This bag is amazing. It can hold a lot
This bag is amazing. It can hold a lot, yet its not that big & bulky and it is also very lightweight! The Camera strap holder buckle things are AMAZING. Genius invention that should now be standard on all camera backpacks. Takes the weight right off your neck and while the strap is on the buckles the camera waves around less. I like the abundance of pockets, straps and buckles (very useful). Best camera backpack hands down.
