Im not one for bath salts normally but these were bought for me and I love them. Smell is gorgeous, feel in the water is silky not greasy.

Lovely Smell
Smell lovely and makes the bath very relaxing. I have no trouble sleeping so not sure whether it helps you get off to sleep or not! But all Sanctuary products are lovely.
