It's a 10 Speed Cassette
Got for a second set of "road" wheels for a gravel bike. Other cassette was an 11-34 but flat as a pancake where I ride so didn't mind switching to an 11-32. Smooth precise shifts, zero issues. I put this on an 11 speed free hub so had to add a 1.85mm spacer behind cassette (not included)

Works great, and gives me that extra torque over my original 12-30T cassette. Make sure you have the tools to get the cassette off...

Works great but tricky to find exact part
Was trying order an exact replacement for my old cassette. Part number on the old one is shown in the first pic "CS-HG500-10 11T". This is the only thing on Amazon that matched, this being "CS-HG500-10 11-32T". So I went for it. But as you can see from the second pic, this has a different gearing. I think my old cassette probably has 40+ teeth in lowest gear, and this one being 11-32T presumably has 32. And the middle gears are proportionally higher. Highest gear is the same. However this part works fine with my deraileur, and shifts great. And actually I probably would order this again even if my original part was available. I have an e-bike and I commute over a mostly flat ride, so the highest gears are where I live and those were the ones that were slipping on my old cassette. The new cassette has 3 high gears that work good for me maintaining top speed where my old cassette I was mostly using only the 2 highest gears.

Same cassette that came on my bike :)
Bought this to go on my Saris H3 trainer I use for Zwift. It is the same exact cassette that came on my Specialized Tarmac. Now I can pull my bike off the trainer quickly saving my original cassette and have it road ready in an emergency should my Trek road bike have an issue. Glad I found this as I was using a cheapo cassette that was clunky.

Inexpensive solution for lower gearing
This cassette is not as light as the Ultegra but still has Shimano technology. I bought it for easier climbing, with a 32 tooth cog. I also bought an adapter so I can use my current derailleur. Works perfectly.

Calidad Shimano que no defrauda.
Shimano es sinónimo de calidad y no defrauda. En este caso he comprado este cassette para darle un mayor margen de desarrollo al cambio de mi bicicleta (2x10), que me ayudará a subir rampas más fácilmente gracias a que podré sustituir el actual cassette 11-36, por el que acabo de adquirir 11-42, además sin necesidad de cambiar nada más. Con lo cual sin hacer una gran inversión, actualizas y le sacas un mayor partido a la transmisión de tu bicicleta para seguir disfrutándola por más tiempo. Lo he podido colocar en un cambio Shimano XT "M781" de 10V con patilla larga sin ningún problema, pero para que no roce, el cambio y la patilla deben estar bien alineados, esto puede comprobarse, si no tienes herramienta específica, con la cadena puesta, seleccionando la corona más grande del cassette y mirando de atrás hacia adelante, puedes modificar algo el ángulo metiendo una llave Allen del 5 o el 6, no recuerdo bien, en el tornillo de fijación a la patilla y haciendo palanca hacia o hacia abajo, muy suave y volviendo a comprobar que la línea de cadena sea totalmente vertical (corona, cadena, roldanas). No hacerlo si no se está completamente seguro de lo que se quiere conseguir, ante la duda llevar la bici al taller. Recomendable por los 30€ que cuesta ahora.

Funktioniert
Die Umstellung von XT 11-36 auf die 11-42er Kassette funktioniert problemlos (vorne 24/38) wenn man eine längere B Schraube verwendet, um die Umschlingung (Abstand des Leitröllchens zum größten Ritzel) anzupassen. Zwar läuft sie etwas rauher als die XT Kassette aber die Gangsprünge sind für mich optimal. Das Schalten von dem 37er aufs 42er Ritze und umgekehrt geht ohne Probleme. Lediglich die Konstellation 38/37 und 38/42 ist nicht fahrbar. Da das aber , da in der Praxis eine theoretische Paarung, bedeutungslos.

Bei der Montage wird ein Spezialschlüssel von Shimano benötigt. Sehr gute Verarbeitung und passgenau einbaubar.
