I don’t know how long I took these before I noticed that my mood was very stable but it was before I finished a bottle I’m sure.I completely stopped getting those random bursts of depressed feelings, panic feeling, all those random emotions that had no cause.I also have increased energy but it’s not like when you take caffeine, because I can’t take caffeine I don’t like the feeling of jittery. I take these in the morning or the day but not at night.I believe you’re supposed to take 4 a day but I take anywhere from 1 to 3 because I’m cheap and want them to last longer and get great effects usually from 1/day but that’s me. If I get really sluggish during the day I’ll take a second if I remember.I’ve given them to my kids sporadically and they seemed to concentrate better but the reason I don’t give it to my kids anymore is: I had stopped taking these when they were on back order and I actually started to feel bad, like I felt the absence of them and the returning to “before them”. A withdrawal perhaps or placebo idk. You could view that as bad or good, but if I’m going to rely on something to keep my mood elevated I’d rather it be a natural supplement like this instead of some kind of Rx drug, alcohol or whatever else.I can take them on an empty stomach too. I will take these forever. I wasn’t paid for this review I didn’t do any whole free bottle offer, I know that’s a concern of mine when I see a bunch of positive reviews. I’m just a mom of two boys but I enjoy reviewing products that I actually do what they say!

I started taking Abe's Organics about 3 months ago after I was introduced to them through a friend at work. I've tried taking multi-vitamins my entire adult life but never succeeded in forming the habit to take them because honestly, it wasn't a pleasant experience (who really enjoys swallowing horse pills?!) and I never saw any difference in my health. Enter Abe's Organics - these things are seriously magical. Knowing WHAT you're ingesting every day with over 30 superfoods in each capsule and having access through his website of what these superfoods actually do for you was super empowering. Not just that though, my skin improved, my MOOD improved(!), my energy levels improved, my thoughts felt clearer and more focused and most importantly, I wasn't getting sick every 2-3 weeks! I ran out of these for about 2 days and almost immediately got sick. I've never taken something so good for me like these supplements that truly help keep me healthy and well. I can't imagine not taking these and seriously encourage you to try these!

I would like to say first and foremost that this product is amazing! I bought these as a means to help me with my mental clarity, stress, lack of sleep and lack of energy throughout the day. I’ve never been a big caffeine person because of the way it makes me feel and the come down off caffeine products. As a substitute for that, I started taking these and the results are definitely noticeable. Since taking this product I have been able to sleep better at night, I have a lot more energy throughout the day, I can think more clearly and it's helped me out with my stress. I would definitely recommend this product.

Excellent product. Capsules are small and easy to take. I just wish there were more than 2 grams of superfoods per serving, which is a bit light. Great ingredients, as I can actually smell the aroma in the bottle.

I was a bit skeptical initially about this product, but when I read several reviews I decided to give it a shot. The delivery was prompt, and the packaging was adequate and easy enough to open. The bottle itself is quite cute and has a dark tint to it, that probably helps preserve the quality of the contents. I'm not an expert on the ingredients, but I did note that all of them were natural or nature-derived which put my mind at rest. The instructions are pretty flexible - I have personally been taking 2 pills a day, one in the morning after breakfast and another in the evening after dinner. I do note that my digestion and sleep patterns have been improving - I find myself sleeping more soundly and waking up the next morning very refreshed. I have not changed anything in my diet, routine or my sleeping arrangements, so it's hard not to attribute this welcome change to these tablets. I'm sure people who have a busy lifestyle will find a lot of love about these, as there is so little time to ensure you are taking in all the nutrients that you need! I will definitely be buying more of these!

I've been taking Abe's formula for two weeks now and it has really made a difference in my energy and mental acuity. I take two in the morning and two more before lunch. Sometimes I'll even take two more late in the afternoon if I have a writing assignment to complete and need more of the creative flow. I've tried other supplements but none make me feel as good as these supplements. I'm 67 years old and they are great for my concentration when I'm out for a fast ride on my motorcycle. Good stuff.

Strong flavor that instantly you regret swallowing them cuz once i did..i started gagging them back up..so i wanted to love them but they choked me..up so i try just half dose and it still did it..

I've been searching for the right supplement that provides me with what I can feel that my body is missing, and I have found it. I have felt a significant positive difference in my mood, energy, stamina and overall well being. They are gentle on the tummy (I have a sensitive tummy) and I can really take it with our without food which is great. We live in a world full of food void of nutrients, so at least there is a company like this putting some nutrients back into our bodies.
