Excellent gadget.
Very useful for the kitchen. It is rather a blessing. Up until now, we were indeed STRUGGLING with the press (sevanazhi) to squeeze out the dough. The holder is quite firm, sturdy and compact. Excellent quality and workmanship. For those of us who are fond of idiyappam, this is a very essential gadget to make available in the kitchen.
