Great purchase and helps to shuffle those decks of cards. I have purchased three of these so far. The only complaint I have is the little plastic holders on the front always break off that hold the cards coming down from being shuffled. They are extremely flimsy.

Our five- and three-year old granddaughters love to play cards with us and are now old enough to play just the two of them. Except they can't shuffle the cards. This purchase was a win-win for all -- the girls can go off by themselves and play while having an extra measure of fun taking turns shuffling (or shoveling as they put it) and dealing.My only complaint with the card shuffler is the clear plastic piece that is the "card guard". It fell off as we were unpacking it, hit the floor and cracked. We taped it and it didn't affect the performance of the card shuffler at all, but it was a little disappointing that this happened just as we were taking it out of the box.

This is the theme of all my reviews today. My expectations weren't high based upon the reviews and they are for the most part accurate. It does appear to be cheap flimsy parts and one side pulls the cards faster than the other but it works. We play a card game with one deck per person and one extra deck so it cuts the shuffling time down. It shuffles one card after the other pulling from left to right so we put them through a few times. hope it lasts.

I have purchased 3 of these.. for me and as gifts. We play hand and foot and each time I teach someone new they buy one. The game is played with 5 decks and the shuffler is a must. I had an issue with one of the 3 and the customer service was so pleasant to work with. 5 stars for sure.

I have had 3 of these shufflers , they work greatat first, but the plastic piece that holds the front panel broke on one i a short timethen the plastic piece that holds the plasticinside front to hold the cards in broke , so haveneeded to get a whole new shuffler.All my card playing friends have the sameshuffler and have had the same problems

Worked great in the beginning. Loved the ease of use. Then it started taking cards from one side only. I changed the batteries. It did great for 2 days then stopped shuffling completely. Now we have to push the cards on both sides into a downward tilt to get the machine to take them to be shuffled. It still beats hand shuffling, but I am disappointed. We paid 30.00 for this machine. It is suppose to shuffle up to 6 decks. We are only using 4 decks.The company shipped me a new one ASAP. Fantastic customer service.

I can't shuffle cards any longer so this is a God send and we are playing card games again. My only wish is that it was more sustainable seem cheaply made/flimsy. BUT IT WORKS I'm just very careful with it.

Very noisy. Cards do not shuffle great. Cards get stuck in middle section.
