1.To open this piggy bank, you have to enter a 4-digit password. The preset password for the bank is "0000". Enter the 4-digit password, the green light shines in the transparent window, then relate the knob clockwise and the door. Green light shines for 10 seconds and you will hear a creaking sound. When you finish, close the door to lock. 2.To change the password, follow these steps:-Enter the current password (default: 0000). Open the door and keep it opening all the time.-One hand keep pressing the"* ", the light flash, meanwhile the other hand enter your new 4-digit code, finally press" # " button to store your new password within 15 seconds.-Release the" * " button and close the door. The new 4-digit code is ok. Note:There are 2 Models---Beeps sound or Voice inside the safe door.In the Voice model, please enter the password one by one, the sound "Password Please" will come each time. For example: The default: 0000 .You press the first "0" ,the voice is coming, then press the second "0",the voice is coming again, press the third "0",the voice is coming once again ,press the fourth "0",you can open the bank. If you want to stop this voice, just switch the inner switch inside the door from voice to beep sound. Then you will hear beep sound when you type your password. If you forgot the password it can be reset to factory default by removing and reinstalling the batteries. This piggy bank is recommended for the ages 6 and up.
