A good purchase for selfcare
At first I thought it wouldn't help at all, but noticed that I started to have less stiffness in my toes, back and other parts of my body by having a 10 min of pressure in the areas indicated. I highly recommended if you are willing to be constant.

Cheap in every way.
I did not like the material of the socks and gloves, both were to small for me and i wear average (American) sizes, graphics were child-like and not done well at that. Not a good buy for me.

This product is definitely made for a small woman. It is certainly not going to fit the men that I bought them for.:(
