Great product, no issues so far.

Feeding volume sometimes more, sometimes less. The feeding mechanism is poorly designed, easy to jam and sometimes nothing comes out. I have to shake the feeder every other day to make the pelletes come out again. Also, programming is not user friendly!

Set it up and it worked once. After that it didn't work at app. We returned it. I do not recommend

My old feeder was knocked into the pond by a raccoon and was ruined, so I purchased this hanging one. I put a sandwich-sized baggie full of fish food in, programmed it, and placed it over a bowl to test it. It worked well for two days. So today I filled it all the way up, hung it over my pond and waited to see it work. It didn’t. I dumped some food out thinking that the food is too heavy - it’s just very small pellets as recommended, and now it won’t work when I press the manual feed button either. The motor goes on, but it doesn’t spin. The purpose is to fill it up and let it do I it’s thing, not fill it less than half way - even then it doesn’t work. I would not recommend! Sad that I need to return because I really need this when we’re away.

so far works well has large container for the fish food .

We use it only once and the screen keeps showing Err. Programing it is not either that easy.

On the amazon site you say we need 2AA batteries. On the box it comes in you say we need D size batteries.In fact size C batteries actually fit. I now have quite a collection of batteries
