Love results and smell
The minute I put this on my hair I instantly felt my hair get soft. The smell reminds me of vanilla icing. I love the smell. My hair is very dry from bleaching it and using purple shampoo. I have used this twice so far, and I can already feel the change in my hair. It's much softer, and I really feel hope for my it, which I haven't felt in a very long time. My hair is very fine and thin. It does not weigh it down at all.

Very nice conditioner
This conditioner goes with the purple shampoo that removes brassiness from silver, gray or white hair. It’s very smoothing, and the scent is sort of like vanilla. It’s a very nice shampoo and feels good after using the purple shampoo.

Good conditioner/ unpleasant scent
Wonderful conditioner. The lower/more acidic pH does a wonderful balance on my (65 y.o.) grey/white hair. Difficult to find acidic products. So many have been discontinued. The so-called "milk scent" is not pleasant for me. Another reviewer described it as "buttercream", which I would consider accurate. It is sugary sweet. Why must hair-care products smell like food? Coconut, strawberry, etc. tend to make your hair smell funky within 24 hrs. This product tends to make my hair smell "stale" shortly after blow-drying. As with most people with long hair, I don't shampoo every day. Would be great if they could change the scent to something light, fresh & clean. I still use it for the acidic balance., but alternate with another conditioner (mostly due to the scent)

I think this product is expired. It's an excellent conditioner but I received an expired conditioner.
