Perm rods
I have fine hair but I used all of the rods. 2 of them came apart from the elastic but can be fixed back on . They come in a reusable bag.I would say they are value for money.

Got these for wave perm wow these are shocking they're so flimsy loads just snapped waste money they drop loose & don't stay in place or even go tight cos they're so badly cheaply made total water of money do not waste your money on their purchase
