Perfect Vegan Pantry Item
I use these flakes for my chickpea salad (un-tuna salad) and they add a particular flavor that brings it all together. The price seems high, but for the most part, you use so little, it goes a long way.

Great authentic okonomiyaki topping
I live in Texas, so I've been making okonomiyaki from a recipe I found online, using local ingredients. For seaweed I usually just cut up sushi seaweed sheets. The real anori I found to be lot more flavorful and tasty, especially since I overdid it on my first try. :) Even the packages, which I thought might be a bit small, are just the right size. Thanks for helping me get a taste of the real thing!
