Yes,I bought this saline for my hangsun cn560 nebuliser machine for adults and kids. It helps break cough and cold.I recommend using them together.

Q: Can they be used directly in the nebulizer? Need to add water?

Just pour into the nebuliser chamber - no need to dilute (that wouldn’t be sterile) this is purely saline so no medication involved.

Q: Can it be used with hangsun cn560 nebuliser?

Yes,great saline, i used it in the Hangsun CN560 nebuliser and it really does break down mucus. Definitely recommend use with them.
