The gun does not make any noise however the batterie compartment is still there just hollowed out But for a good SP prop its just good to go.

On its own, this is a good accessory in looks. It's more fun for the true steampunk, however, who wants to dress it up. I added sound and light to mine, using the empty battery compartment space. If you're looking for something that looks the part, this is a great item! If you're looking to dress something up to fit your costume, this is also great! But it's not great if you want light or sound affects included.

I bought this for a Steampunk themed stocking I was making for a child, and when it came to me it was missing the whole batter compartment. A slot opened up to put batteries in, but there were no metal components to make the batteries work. It was a cool looking gun. It did seem to be very cheap plastic and stickers. If you're using it for a costume or something, I suppose it would be fine, but if you want it to make noise, good luck.

This little article photographs well but would be usefull only for a six year old dressing as a spaceman - cheesy plastic. Not nice at all.

The look of the gun was fine and as expected. However, there was a problem with the battery compartment so there was no sound.

Very nice. Exactly as advertised. No noise though and trigger button is broken is broken. It pulls on nothing. It's good for show but can't be played with.

This gun is super cheap. It looks like someone was trying to make an actually awesome gun with lights and sounds and then quit half way to being finished. It rattles when you move it around and it looks utterly cheap and unreal even for a completely unreal fictional gun. Returned it to the seller and would not buy again.

Have not figured out how to open, to get batteries in? Looks good but not a fan of orange tip. I will just color black.
