Can i mix it purple power with concentrated bleach to get a stronger clean? Trying to soak extremely nasty dishes that have been sitting for a year...

I'm not a chemist, but it's probably not a good idea. This degreaser removes asphalt from aluminum if you let it sit on it long enough. I drove a dump truck, and we used a diluted mix of this and water to take asphalt off the aluminum beds and "tack" off of the wheels. If this doesn't get it clean, throw them away.

is it safe to clean front loader washing machine

I wouldn't put it in the machine but it should be fine if you're wiping the surface with it.

Will it work as a bug remover on the front of a car if you rinse it off immediately and don't let it dry?

Yes purple Power will take the bugs off and then after you brush it off rinse it really well and then bathe it with your normal car wash detergent
