I like this protein shake. It’s pretty tasty. Compared to the powder you mix yourself,?, this has a taste I just can’t pinpoint and I it’s unpleasant so I have to knock a star off. It’s not bad, it’s not a noticeable difference between the powder and this premixed drink. It’s good it’s a good size, I’ll buy it if mixing it at home with the powder isn’t available. Suggested use for healthy adults. Contains milk. And gluten free.

It's not even milk anymore and they're saying that they have 42 grams of protein (which is the same company that got sued a few years ago for putting fake vanilla in their drinks) If you want a great tasting milkshake without the bloat that comes from drinking other protein shakes, pick this up and enjoy it! There are protein drinks on the market that have a higher protein content (by a couple of grams). The Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Protein Shake tastes better, IMO. I make a milkshake twice a day using this drink, milk, ice cream, a dash of extra chocolate, and a tablespoon of whey protein. Good Stuff! I highly recommend Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Protein Shake. It is an excellent product.

For me, having a thicker, more filling, shake is important because I don't want to feel hungry immediately after. These shakes were really good, it was a strong chocolate taste that I really enjoyed, but they were a bit thin and just didn't stick with me. I found that after an hour or two I was hungry again thinking of an early lunch. The macros are good, I wish it had a bit more protein, but it still is very good. I just prefer the thicker options such as Premier Protein or even some of the generic ones a bit more for filling, but the taste was right up there with the very best.

Ordered 8/9/24. Expired products (Aug 2024). The ones that expire Sept-Nov 2024 tasted stale and had large lumps despite shaking. Will not purchase again.
