I bought this as a birthday gift during Christmas for my daughter who would be turning 8 shortly after the holiday season. I had contemplated giving it to her for the holiday itself, and then decided to wait. And boy am I glad I did! She was so excited to open it for her birthday. She couldn't believe how soft it was and all of the accessories that it came with. While it's adorable and definitely giftable, I'd say the age range would be for any child 8 and under as its not that interactive and is more of a plush toy.

Exactly what my niece wanted!
I personally thought this product was a little bit weird when my niece first asked for it, but she absolutely loved it! my niece, who is six years old, is obviously was the target audience, and she loves the puppy and all of the accessories that came with it. Definitely worth it to see her joy!
