The cover was open and so maybe was placed in a large paper cover. There were only 13 pieces whereas there should have been 15 pieces.

I had bought this product for my street foster dog. It was not very much interested in biting on these bones. Also they are very hard, the dogs have to keep chewing it for 5 days straight to eat it fully.Not worth the priceThanks
