I thought this product came in size 7 - 13. Size 7 - 12 is too small. What happened?

It can be cut to fit sizes 7 to 12, as stated in the title and description.

Do you have any explanation for why the Nikken magnets work well for my lower back pain, but not for the discomfort in my feet?

Can they be returned even after cutting
