Ordered a 100 pack. Recieved 75 usable rods. And 25 semi-usable rods. The shipping package was fine the product container was not damaged but there were several rods broken in several pieces and many tips and ends of rods broken

work great, they are small and there fore fragile but you can do detail gouging and I can run these on my 250G miller without overloading the machine. I'm told running these portable welder maxed out while gouging will burn the welder up

BOUGHT BLUE DEMON BRAND AS THEY USE TO HAVE A DECENT PRODUCT, THAT'S NOT THE CASE WITH THESE GOUGING RODS, RODS WILL HEAT UP FULL LENGTH OF ROD & GIVE NO PENETRATION AT THE END OF THE ROD.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Seems to work ok but 90amps from my welder is all I have I need to get a bigger welder to run this stuff also the clamping pressure of the stinger crushes the rods because how small they are

Some tips were broken. Not what I thought the items were. Too expensive to send back or I would return.
