Photo should match the product, Product is excellent
Photo show lid screws are concealed in with lid. But product received with lid screws are open and exposed. Change the photo so you don't set wrong expectation. I got this product Just to replace my old one which has problem with lid screw which is exposed fall down frequently. Please change photo. But I like the product, since it doesn't rectify the problem I have returned it. Thank you. I ordered in VAYA directly but received similar product, sorry for returning, both website should change photo. But product from Amazon is cost is cheaper and latest manufacturing

It's Alright, There are Better Options
I just got it, I'm using it. The plastic quality isn't as high as it might appear in the pictures. Actually I'd just go ahead and say that the pictures are deceptive.The Steel is high quality and feel solid in the hand.Is it leak proof? Yeah, but I wouldn't trust it inside a bag or a backpack. I have a Borosil Hydra and the quality and utility of vaya doesn't hold up to that one. Hydra is completely leakproof and you can even lock the lid. Hydra is also half the price if considering the 350ml sizes of both vaya and Hydra. Too bad hydra doesn't come in any bigger sizes.I'd probably just return this product and buy the instacuppa coffee tumbler. Seems a better option and cheaper.

Sipper lid is fragile; got hassle free replacement
Sipper lid broke with in few months. I reached out to Amazon customer care for help. I was suggested to write email to VAYA and received immediate response. After basic purchase verification they confirmed to send a replacement lid. Great and swift response to reported issue. Thanks Amazon and Vaya team. Appreciate it.

Poor build quality; not made to last
The mug did not even survive a year of occasional use. The lid keeps popping off when hot coffee is poured. It even comes off just by pulling at an angle. Not worth the high price at all. Even the paint quality is poor which started chipping within a few weeks.

Really bad product for the price
The bottle is definitely not worth the price, I expected so much better. The bottle leaks and it's so hard to unscrew it I literally cannot use it because the lid won't open. The paint is also coming off in places. It does keep liquids warm for long though but the quality could definitely be better
