Good sound quality but...
Like the ANC FEATUREThe Rockerz 330ANC headphones offer good sound quality, delivering clear and immersive audio. However, they fall short in the connectivity department, often experiencing issues with call delay and difficulty in connecting to multiple devices. The promised 24-hour battery backup is a plus, but it tends to drain faster than expected in real-world usage. Overall, these headphones are a decent choice for music enthusiasts, but the connectivity and battery life concerns might need improvement.

Never Recommend boats Products
This is my old review "First of all I would like to thanks boat to make this amazing build. Sound is so clear and base is super awesome. Feel like your listing DJ. All music lover like this product. For normal use battery backup is good. If your listing continues music, it gives you approx 5 to 8 hours backup. Overall, I'm happy with this purchase. My all friends like this product and it's sound. One of my friend offer me to exchange this headphone with her Apple earpods. Once again thanks to boat and Amazon." but now I never recommend boats products because of his customer service. Very very extremely bad service provided by boat customer care. after few days of use this product, I face Bluetooth disconnection problem, so I contact to boats customer care. after some days boat courier pickup partner came to pick up faulty headphones. I handover headphones to courier pickup partner and he checked headphones for any physical damage. After a week boats customer care reply to me that,' they are unable to replace product because of received physically damage product. Again, I called up to boat customer care and I told to them, 'Your courier pickup partner checked headphones for physically damaged at the time of pick up.' Customer care executive said that ' they will investigate and contact back to me.' Within 1 minutes of disconnect call they reply they investigate and check their CCTV footage and found physically damage product. Many times, of call they do not provide any solution to me and send back damage product to me. After that I contact to Consumer Form and then they replace headphone, but this is not end of the story. The product they send me in replacement is also faulty the sound quality is very bad of new headphones. after this I never recommend buy boat product to anybody.

not worth the hype
After using the neckband for about a year, here's my experience:Pros:1. Great battery life2. Good sound quality (normal mode is garbage: the clear sound feature is great)3. Has good ANC and transparent mode.Cons:1. The 13 mm drivers are housed in a big plug which eventually begins up hurt my ears with about half an hour of usage.2. Too bassy... Not for music enthusiasts.3. Looks durable, but the cable wire covers have basically become like wax after about a year. Not durable.4. The charging point cover came off few days after purchase.Got it for 2000 when it came out... Just checked recently and saw it is selling for about 1500/-. You'll surely get better options even for that price I believe...

My product was not working properly
Boat Rockers 330.I purchased this product in last month but now I am facing some heavy noise issues with this product while listening music I like features very much but I am facing have a nice disturbance from right Bird I don't know why it's happening but my right here is paining very much with this Bird it's not working properly left bird is working properly but right not working properly I need help I have one year warranty also

Defective product received but not replaced
Neckband received was defective and damaged, I could not claim the replacement as I was traveling, and the replacement date passed by. I checked with Amazon, they did not replace it. Amazon customer care said please talk to Boat support. I went to nearest warranty centre they rejected and said this was physical damage. The warranty centre representative said throw the product in the dustbin. I complained on Twitter they took the neckband from home and again rejected the warranty claim and did not send the original box and my charging cable. Now the product is useless, complete waste of money. Pathetic product, worst customer service. DON'T Buy.
