Laughable piece of junk.
Worst purchase decision I've made in a long time! Beware of any web site that recommends this devise. I thought I did my research on this but the internet is full of lies concerning this product. The product manual is without even ONE picture of anything and does NOT identify the manufacturer and does NOT provide any warranty or contact information. It is NOT ready for public sale (it's a bare circuit board- NOT kidding) and if you make the mistake of buying this you will also waste an enormous amount of time trying to work with it. The device has flashing lights that are supposed to wake you up when you are dreaming and in REM stage sleep. But the lights just flash randomly. Fraud. There is nothing being detected! Does not work as advertised as it DOES NOT DETECT REM! Because it is sold through a 3rd party your return value (likely less than 50%) will be determined by them. Any company that imports and sells this should be ashamed of themselves. I am surprised and disappointed that Amazon sponsors this. I'm going to keep this devise as an example of just how bad some of the electronic crap you can buy today really is.

Unless you're experienced, keep moving.
Unless you are an experienced Lucid Dreamer and you're doing it on your own, this will not help you at all. I thought it would be a great way to help me out with doing more Lucid Dreaming. It didn't. Unless you're doing it all the time, save your money.

Good for it intended purpose
This product is not going to help you if you haven already taken the basic steps down the pathinto lucid dreaming and remebering nad alway always writing them down physically with a pen to papper. for whatever reason this method tells all systems your muscles . Your brain your eyes tell your subconscious that you remember your dreams this works both ways also you can write down mantras and such that will I personally think this product is greatut the fact that I cant turn down the volume on the REM Alarm is enough to make me write a revie wonderful product if it dint wake me up complteley every time I hit rem. lol so maybe if that send out and up dat and maybe a cable or something for it or if I could return it and they could put an option in to turn the noise down on that everything else is fully adjustable and this is one of the most comfortable masks availableif your not a light sleeper and you already rember your dreams then this is your choice for sure you can always shut either the noise or the lights of thats what I do just red light .

Its great, but be careful
The device works, and I have seen things flashing in my dreams because of it, which I hope to realize as a dreamsign so that I become lucid. It does what It is supposed to do.Here is my problem with it. The second or third day of having it, the lcd screen became too dark to read until I push a button that changes what is being displayed upon the release of the button. I kind of know my way around it, so it is still useable. I think this may have been caused by me rolling on it in my sleep, or maybe something snagged while I put it in the dream mask. Now another problem I have with it is that the circuit board has no protective case. This could be the cause of how the lcd screen now looks the way it does. But it could possibly be a low battery life. Either way, that circuit board is just exposed, and it needs to be taken in and out of the mask. The mask can catch one of the components attatched to the board. I may not be gentle with it in my sleep, I have broken things in my sleep in the past. $209 is a lot to spend on something to wear in my sleep. In an effort to make sure I do not remove the mask in my sleep, I tied my hands to my pants. When I woke up, the mask was off and my hands were free. Of coarse, I knew how to free my hands since I am the one that tied them, I just figured I would have to wake up to do something that required some mental work. The strap also hurts between the top of my ears and my skull. I figure I will naturally get used to that though.Any way, the device itself works great. I would give it 5 stars if it had even a cheap plastic or metal case to help keep from damaging it during sleep and while pulling it in and out of the mask to adjust settings/change batteries. I understand that the price is high because the demand for lucid dream devices is not for a very large market, and this brand seems to be the most reliable because of the eye tracking sensor.Don't let the negative feedback I gave stop you from getting it. It still looks like the best available as far as I have been able to find. But if you move around in your sleep, or want to be sure not to damage it from pulling it in/out of the mask, you should look into making a small case for it either out of cardboard, or 3d print one, or find someone that will 3d prind one for you, or maybe even hot glue some popsicle sticks together and drill some holes in for the buttons and screen, along with lining the inside with that same type of fabric as the insert of the mask to keep the wood from scratching the device. It is a great device for what it is. 4 stars because I have to craft a protective case for it, and because the lcd screen MAY be messed up.
