DO NOT BUY. Not only is the "female" end too small to plug headphones into without the adapater pulling apart, the iPhone 7 informed me that the adapter was incompatible and will not work with the phone. They do not work at all. I have no idea why I did not read the reviews.

When they are plugged in to the phone they work for approximately one and a half minute. After that they are no longer compatible with the phone. If you're someone that want to use your headphones for one-minute phone calls this might be a great product for you. However, I find myself ripped off.
