very fast delivery, arrived earlier than expected
The Clash 100 L is great for my shoulder, feels like hitting with a cushion, shame about the strings installed which didn't have the right tension for me and I had to cut them. Thanks for having strung that usually nobody does, but maybe it would be better to send only the strings (which are usually paid separately and thanks for that) so everyone strings them as he wants especially for premium racquets.However fantastic and fast shop as already said, mine is only a suggestion and not a complain.grazie Marcello

What, No Strings?!
Nowhere in the description does it say that this racket arrives without strings. The photos show a racket with strings. I’d say that qualifies as deceptive and misleading

Be aware, arrives unstrung with no string
Product description does not detail that the product will arrive unstrung. The pictures show a strung racket, but it arrives in a clear plastic bag, unstrung. Returned.
