No, the 90 packs comes as 9 packs of 10 tea bags, packed in a clear cellophane. Always very fresh, no problem on that aspect.

Is this Tea from China?

The tea leaves are from Brazil and all is packaged and assembled in Southern California.

It says brown rice tea, but i have recieved the regular rice tea two times now, will amazon ship the right one?

Not in the green tea that I purchased. There was no mention of the presence or absence of fluoride. The leaves are harvested, dried and bagged.
