Hello Princess Bia! While Jacquard Pearl-Ex Pigments are nontoxic, inert, powdered pigments exhibit extreme colorfastness and stability. They are Ideal for interior, exterior and archival applications. They can be incorporated into any viscous medium and they may be spread dry on any porous surface.
